Role: Tech Lead (Java Backend API Senior Developer)

We’re looking for an experienced Java Backend API Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability while mentoring junior developers and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Microservices-based applications using Spring Boot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software requirements
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Participate in the full SDLC — from concept to deployment
