Role: Tableau Developer BI Developer

Location: Cincinnati Ohio

Role Descriptions: 7+ years of experience in Tableau development and Business Intelligence.Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop| Tableau Server/Cloud| dashboards| reports| calculated fields| parameters| LOD expressions| and data visualization.Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries| joins| CTEs| stored procedures| and performance optimization.Experience working with insurance/healthcare data| including claims| membership| providers| benefits| premiums| utilization| and financial data.Develop executive and operational dashboards for business stakeholders and leadership.Experience with data modeling| ETL/ELT processes| data warehouses| and large-volume datasets.Strong understanding of healthcare/insurance KPIs such as claims cost| PMPM| utilization| membership| provider performance| medical loss ratio| and quality metrics.Work closely with business analysts| data engineers| product owners| and client stakeholders to convert requirements into Tableau solutions.Perform dashboard optimization| data validation| UAT support| and production issue resolution.Experience with Snowflake| SQL Server| Oracle| AWS/Azure| or similar cloud/data platforms is preferred.Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting enterprise-scale insurance applications.
