JOB TITLE :- Senior Salesforce Project Manager

Looking for a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to handle a very high impact and high visibility initiative of bringing in SF systems, middleware and integrating with back office. There will be heavy involvement from our Marketing and Sales teams, Sales operations, SalesForce, and the SF implementation company
- Facilitate end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables stay on track and within scope
- Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum processes across development teams
- Manage project workstreams using Jira and support change management efforts through Adcar
- Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Provide clear, concise status updates to leadership and executives
- Run meetings, track action items, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders
- Identify risks, connect dependencies, and help drive solutions to keep projects moving forward
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously-may shift between projects based on business priorities
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience (Agile preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and development environments
- Experience using Jira for tracking and project visibility
- Experience working within a Salesforce environment (Salesforce experience is required)
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to and interacting with executive stakeholders
- Ability to connect the dots, think critically, and understand broader project impacts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
