Role: Sr. Oracle PL/SQL Developer with Liquidity Reporting

Visa: USC GC only

Location: Hybrid in New York City 10019 (3 days onsite per week)

The manager is looking for a Sr. Oracle Database Developer with Liquidity Reporting experience for a FR2052A implementation. Only candidates that have worked for a US Bank will have this experience. They like candidates coming out of BNP Paribas. The liquidity reporting experience should be current.

Description:

Client is looking for a Technical/Functional expert to join our Regulatory Reporting IT Team. The ideal candidate for this role has the skills to do development, solution design, data analysis and possesses a strong functional knowledge of regulatory reporting topics. Technically the candidate should be able to develop on PL/SQL. Functionally the candidate should be able to synthesize user requirements, perform solution design, development, and data validation for regulatory reporting topics (e.g. FR 2052A, LCR, Liquidity risk reporting, NSFR, etc).

Technical:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
• Oracle Data warehouse and DataMart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix.
• Developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, Functions, Cursors.
• Releasing/packaging code into production.
• Full understanding of SDLC life cycle.

Functional:

• Expert knowledge developing and implementing technology solutions for regulatory reporting. Must have experience implementing the FR 2052a report.
• Ability to create and implement solution designs to achieve business requirements
• Ability to analyze, problem solve and summarize functional subjects
• Ability to perform data validation of regulatory reports
• Self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information
