Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical enterprise technology initiatives focused on Data Conversion, Reporting, Middleware, and Data Warehouse Re-platforming efforts within a large-scale ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing technical teams, enterprise integrations, Oracle ERP ecosystems, and cloud-based transformation initiatives.

This role requires a highly organized and technically proficient leader who can manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment readiness across integrations, conversions, reporting, and middleware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-level data conversion, middleware, reporting, and data warehouse re-platforming projects.
• Oversee technical workstreams including conversions, integrations, reporting, and ERP deployment readiness activities.
• Manage and guide development teams through design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate closely with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and design documentation.
• Ensure technical solutions align with current business needs and future organizational goals.
• Drive issue resolution efforts with implementation partners and integrators.
• Maintain and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Lead testing, debugging, and validation activities for impacted applications and integrations.
• Configure and optimize internal tools to support administrative and business process requirements.
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management and enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing technical teams, project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP systems including Oracle Fusion (SaaS) and Oracle EBS Modules.
• Extensive experience with:
• RICE Components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
• BI Publisher Reports
• Fusion Reports
• Integrated Cloud Services (ICS)
• Workflow Customization
• Form Personalization
