Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AEM DevOps Engineer to support and manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) infrastructure and DevOps pipelines for LPL Financial. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AEM Cloud / On-Prem, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support AEM environments (Author, Publish, Dispatcher)
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes using tools like Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
• Work closely with AEM developers to support code deployments and environment stability
• Configure and manage Dispatcher, load balancers, and caching strategies
• Monitor AEM performance, availability, and security
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and production issues
• Maintain DevOps best practices including version control, branching strategy, and rollback plans
