Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of hands-on mainframe programming experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• ADABAS
• Natural
• COBOL
• CICS
• VSAM
• JCL
• IBM utilities (IDCAMS, SORT, File Manager)
• TSO development environment
• Experience with data migration to distributed systems.
• Strong SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Dynamics 365 experience.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps/Git.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
