Role: Salesforce Admin with APEX

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 2 days onsite (Oklahoma City, OK), 3 days remote.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer to support and maintain a Salesforce-based Workforce Management solution for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salesforce administration, APEX development, troubleshooting production issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the stability and performance of the application.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications, forms, and workflows.
2. Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using APEX.
3. Configure and maintain field-level security, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and user access.
4. Troubleshoot production issues, perform bug fixes, and provide ongoing application support.
5. Write and optimize SOQL queries for performance and complex data retrieval.
6. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
7. Perform configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce enhancements.
8. Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
2. Strong hands-on experience with APEX Development.
3. Experience configuring Salesforce objects, forms, validation rules, workflows, and field-level security.
4. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Service Accounts.
5. Advanced experience with SOQL, including query optimization and relationship queries.
6. Experience troubleshooting and supporting Salesforce production environments.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Salesforce Administrator Certification.
2. Salesforce Platform Developer I (preferred).
3. Experience supporting public sector or government Salesforce implementations.
4. Experience working in Agile environments.
