Role : Onsite tech Lead - Full stack .NET developer ( React) with mobile & web development experience
Duration : 6 Months
Location : Charlotte NC (Strictly local)

Primary Skills (Must-Have):
- C# .NET Core / .NET Framework (REST API development)
- AWS Lambda (.NET Core preferred)
- Working experience in C# .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile app development (Android, iOS)
- Working experience in React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- SQL Server database
- Strong understanding of AWS Serverless architecture
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture
- Authentication & Authorization (SSO, RBAC)
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Git repos)
- AWS Cloud knowledge - AWS API Gateway, Event Bridge Event Bus, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, Application Load Balancer
Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service as task management tool integration
- Experience with mobile app backend optimization
- Knowledge of retry strategies and DLQ patterns
- Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) and event sourcing
