Job Description :
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, test, and deployment
- Automate deployments and environment provisioning to improve release reliability and speed
- Integrate Splunk with applications for centralized logging, alerting, and analytics
- Develop and maintain Dynatrace monitoring, alerts, and custom dashboards
- Build and manage Grafana dashboards for system, application, and business metrics
- Define and implement monitoring and observability standards across teams
- Proactively monitor system health, performance, and availability
- Partner with development teams to improve application reliability and operability
- Support production systems, perform root-cause analysis, and drive incident resolution
- Implement best practices for resilience, scalability, and fault tolerance
- Document operational runbooks and monitoring guidelines
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services
- Implement message-driven architectures using MQ and Kafka
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience integrating Splunk for application and infrastructure logging
- Strong expertise with Dynatrace including:
- Application performance monitoring (APM)
- Custom metrics, alerts, and dashboards
- Experience designing and managing Grafana dashboards
- Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability principles
- Experience working in enterprise-scale production environments
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Shell, Python, or similar)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system and application issuesNice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes monitoring and containerized workloads
- Familiarity with Prometheus and metrics-based monitoring
- Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform and Ansible)
- Experience supporting microservices-based architectures
- Prior experience in banking or regulated environments
- Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs
