Title: Workday Integration Consultant / Workday Technical Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Local Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Workday Integration Consultant / Workday Technical Developer with strong experience in building Workday integrations and enterprise technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Connectors. This role requires strong technical skills, integration development experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, and support Workday Integrations across enterprise environments

Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Document Transformation (DT) tools

Work with Workday APIs including REST and SOAP web services

Develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields

Configure and support Workday Connectors for inbound and outbound integrations

Collaborate with functional teams across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules

Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and system defects

Support Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Extend initiatives where required

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking

Use Rally or similar Agile tools for project management and task tracking

Create technical documentation and migration / deployment support materials

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development / Workday Technical Consulting

Strong experience building Workday integrations and technology delivery solutions

Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

Experience with Workday Document Transformation (DT)

Strong experience with Workday APIs (REST / SOAP)

Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields

Experience with Workday Connectors

Strong programming skills in XSLT and XML

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in Agile environments

Preferred Skills:

Workday Prism Analytics experience

Workday Extend experience

Functional knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Recruiting

Experience with Rally Agile tool

BIRT reporting experience

Scripting / automation experience
