Job Title: ETL Developer (Healthcare)
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Type: once in a week onsite
Mode: Contract

Must Have- SQL, ETL ,Ab Initio and Healthcare .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale healthcare data warehouses
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, including:
- Stored procedures
- CTEs
- Nested and multi-table joins
- Perform data transformations, validations, and reconciliations to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Work with structured and semi-structured data within RDBMS and analytics platforms
- Utilize Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation, job control, and operational support
- Support analytics and reporting use cases, enabling downstream BI and data science teams
- Participate in full SDLC using Waterfall methodologies
- Collaborate using Agile tracking tools (e.g., Rally)
- Manage source control and CI/CD workflows using GitLab and Jenkins
- Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs using Control-M or enterprise schedulers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards:
- HIPAA
- SOC 2
- HITRUST
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL expertise (mandatory)
- Stored procedures, CTEs, complex joins, performance tuning
- ETL development experience (5–8 years total experience)
- R programming experience for analytics and data processing
- Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Solid understanding of:
- Data warehousing concepts
- RDBMS architecture and design
- Analytics and reporting pipelines
Tools & Technologies
- Ab Initio – Good to have
- Candidates without Ab Initio are acceptable if they have strong ETL + R experience
- ETL tools (Ab Initio, Boomi, or similar enterprise platforms)
- GitLab, Jenkins (CI/CD)
- Control-M or equivalent job schedulers
- Rally or similar SDLC tracking tools
