Location:Vernon \ Los Angels, CA (Onsite)/Hybrid

• Must have functional skills in SaaS ERP, CRM applications like Infor Syteline, Oracle NetSuite, EPICOR and Salesforce
• Experience with the execution of test cycles that include Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Financials and other Integration process flows.

Forgent Power LLC seeks a Quality Assurance (Test) Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for our Enterprise Applications department managing different IT ERP/CRM systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with company standards, and ensuring execution of test cycles that includes Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Financials and other Integration process flows. 

The ideal candidate would have engineered-to-order domain expertise, experience in test planning and execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, exposure to test automation, including Tosca, is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for different ERP/CRM applications.
• Ensure comprehensive functionality, integration, regression, performance, SIT and UAT testing.
• Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases.
• Perform cross-functional and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent applications performance of new and existing process flows.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, or similar tools.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and defect triaging, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices, testing standards, and Manufacturing/IT industry regulations.
• Provide test progress reports and key metrics to IT and business stakeholders.
