Position: QA Lead – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Position overview:

We are looking for a D365 Finance & Operations Functional QA professional with strong ERP domain knowledge and hands-on experience validating D365 F&O solutions deployed on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on business process validation, functional testing, UAT support, and release quality, ensuring ERP solutions meet business, operational, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·Functional Testing & Business Process Validation Perform end-to-end functional testing of D365 F&O across core business processes.

·Translate business requirements and functional designs into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

·Validate configurations, workflows, approvals, batch processes, and business rules.

·Test ERP processes spanning record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory flows.

·Module Coverage (One or More)

·Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting

·Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Sales & Distribution Manufacturing / Warehousing (good to have) Azure & Environment Testing Support testing in Azure-hosted D365 F&O environments.

·Validate integrations, batch jobs, reports, and security roles running on Azure. Use Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and release validation.

·Participate in build validation, regression testing, and release readiness activities.

·UAT & Stakeholder Collaboration Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users. Log, track, and coordinate defect resolution with functional consultants and developers.

·Participate in sprint reviews, functional walkthroughs, and release sign-off discussions.

·Documentation & Quality Governance Maintain test cases, test evidence, traceability matrices, and QA reports.

·Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and compliance expectations.

·Adhere to ERP QA standards and best practices.
