Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

The Data Management Analyst 5 will be taking on a new role within the team in order to focus on examining data lineage and drive data governance This contractor will act as a consultant for the teams data management strategy and assist in defining opportunities, tools, and execution methods.
Duties include:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engagements
- May present findings and strategy leadership
- Creating reports and performing complex analysis in order to reshape and examine digital requirements
- Establish and oversee data ownership, stewardship, accountability, and governance operating models across multiple data domains.
- Drive enterprise adoption of data management practices including data quality, metadata management, lineage, data controls, and critical data element management.
- Chair or facilitate governance forums and domain councils to resolve data-related risks, issues, priorities, and strategic decisions.
- Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory, policy, and governance requirements.
- Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise on data governance, data management, and enterprise data strategy initiatives.
- Influence enterprise-wide decisions regarding data standards, quality expectations, metadata requirements, and governance controls.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data-related risks, opportunities, and governance priorities.
- Promote a culture of data accountability, quality, transparency, and responsible data management across the organization.
- Ensure governance requirements are embedded within Agile delivery processes, product development lifecycles, and change initiatives.
