Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer

Location: Boston, MA (3 days/week onsite) – Local candidates preferred

We are looking for an experienced AI Security Engineer / Cybersecurity Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud security, Snowflake security, AI/ML governance, and enterprise data security. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience securing cloud-native AI and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls for AI/ML platforms and cloud environments
• Secure AWS infrastructure including IAM, networking, storage, compute, and serverless services
• Manage Snowflake security (RBAC, masking policies, encryption, governance)
• Secure AI/ML workflows including model training, inference, and data pipelines
• Perform security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluations
• Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM and monitoring tools
• Collaborate with DevOps/Data Engineering teams to integrate DevSecOps & CI/CD security
• Support compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI governance initiatives

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Cybersecurity / Cloud Security / Security Engineering
• Strong experience with AWS Security Services
• Hands-on expertise securing Snowflake environments
• Knowledge of AI/ML security concepts (model protection, secure AI pipelines, data poisoning)
• Experience with:
• AWS IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, KMS, WAF, VPC Security
• Terraform / CloudFormation / IaC tools
• Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
• SIEM, logging, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices
• Security frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, CIS
