Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSO Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly within the Banking and Insurance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO and CSM solutions using the Financial Services Data Model.
- Configure and customize modules, workflows, and business rules in ServiceNow.
- Develop scripts, integrations, and REST/SOAP APIs to support platform functionality.
- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate in Agile teams, supporting sprint planning, demos, and testing activities.
- Ensure best practices in architecture, configuration, and performance optimization.
Required Skills:
- 6–10 years of ServiceNow experience; 2+ years in FSO projects.
- Strong expertise with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP.
- Proven experience in solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
