Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location :McLean, VA; Richmond, VA; Plano, TX — In-person interview required (local candidates only).

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow development and implementation

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery including MID Server configurations, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns

Work as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and driving resolution of complex issues.

Extensive experience in ServiceNow Discovery (Agentless & Agent-based).

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.

Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIs

ServiceNow Expertise : Discovery (must have), CMDB, ITOM

Certifications : Certified Application Developer (nice to have), CIS in Discovery (nice to have)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must have CAD Certification active.
