Job Title: Production Support Engineer

Location: Weehawken, NJ 

Experience and Qualification:

• Minimum 5+ Years Experience with production support

• Experience of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs

• Knowledge and Experience of implementing DevOps, SRE solutions and automations resulting in effort savings

• Knowledge of ITIL.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment

Technology Requirements

• Unix (Mandatory)

• SQL/PL SQL (Mandatory)

• Middleware – ToClientat/Apache/Any other (Mandatory)

• Azure Cloud (Knowledge Mandatory, working experience preferred)

• DevOps & SRE (Preferred)
