Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Engineer with strong OpenBots expertise to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across enterprise systems. This role requires hands-on development, bot optimization, and collaboration with business and technical teams to drive scalable automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using OpenBots Studio
• Build attended and unattended bots following best automation practices
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Integrate OpenBots with APIs, databases, web applications, and legacy systems
• Handle exception management, logging, monitoring, and bot optimization
• Support bot deployments, enhancements, and production troubleshooting
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Maintain automation documentation and adhere to security/compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of RPA development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenBots (mandatory)
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, or scripting languages
• Experience with web automation, Excel, PDFs, email automation, and databases
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
