Role Overview
· We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Lead / Architect with 10+ years of IT experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise field service solutions.
· The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in field service operations, workforce management, routing optimization, and system integrations, and will play a key role in delivering scalable and high-performance OFSC implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
· Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud.
· Design scalable field service management solutions aligned with business objectives.
· Define best practices, architecture standards, and governance for OFSC implementations.
Functional & Technical Implementation
· Gather and translate business requirements into OFSC configurations and technical solutions.
· Configure OFSC components including:
· Work zones
· Routing and routing profiles
· Capacity management
· Activity types and resource types
· Mobility and mobile workflows
· Design capacity planning and route optimization strategies for field operations.
Integration & Middleware
· Design and implement integrations between OFSC and enterprise systems such as:
· Oracle E-Business Suite
· Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
· Salesforce
· Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud.
Delivery & Project Leadership
· Lead implementation projects and coordinate with business, technical, and integration teams.
· Drive solution design workshops and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
· Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Testing & Deployment
· Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
· Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and system stability.
Support & Optimization
· Provide post-production support and continuous improvements.
· Identify opportunities to optimize routing, technician utilization, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
· 10+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to enterprise applications.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
· Strong expertise in:
· Routing and capacity planning
· Work zones and resources
· Activity lifecycle management
· Mobility and mobile workforce solutions
· Experience working with OFSC APIs and integration frameworks.
· Knowledge of REST/SOAP services, JSON, and XML.
· Experience integrating OFSC with ERP, CRM, and middleware platforms.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with large-scale enterprise OFSC implementations.
· Experience integrating OFSC with Oracle ERP / CRM platforms.
· Oracle certifications related to Oracle Field Service Cloud.
