Job Description: Inviting applications for the role of SFDC Solution Architect The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and our Salesforce Technical Architect and Development Team to understand their needs, translating those needs into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring that the platform’s utilization is optimized.

The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for assessing the business needs, contributing to the design of solutions to meet the business needs, implementing Salesforce features, and providing ongoing support and training. This person may also act as Delivery lead for salesforce solution to smaller engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities, business processes, project management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

•           Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting and relaying those to the Technology team members.

•           Lead solution design sessions with Technology team members.

•           Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

•           Identifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business.

•           Writing concepts, functional design, user stories and acceptance criteria, use cases and business process design/requirement documents.

•           Being involved in implementation, training, and testing of the solutions

•           Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

•           Support business in User Acceptance Testing, and triaging defects

•           Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program/Implementation Manager.

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

•           Deep knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

•           At least 3 Sales cloud/ Service cloud Implementation experience.

•           Experience in requirement gathering for Salesforce integration using Informatica, MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs

•           Must have experience in writing the functional design documents and user stories for agile development projects.

•           Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis for relevant years in agile projects.

•           Expertise in any of the diagramming tools like draw.io, visio, lucidchart. Modelling tools knowledge is a must. Archimate is an additional advantage.

•           Experience in complicated software projects.
