Hiring: ServiceNow Developer Lead | Reston, VA | 100% Onsite

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer Lead for a 6-month contract in Reston, VA.

 Location: Reston, VA – 100% Onsite

 Primary Skills: ServiceNow, Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow ITSM/CSM expertise

• 5+ years in architecture, requirements & design, development, testing, and application support

• 4+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with BSS/OSS and solution architecture

• 4+ years architecting large-scale enterprise solutions

• Experience integrating COTS, SaaS, and third-party platforms

• Strong hands-on development and integration experience with Angular, Spring/Spring Boot, J2EE, API Gateway, MySQL, and distributed systems

• Knowledge of TMF, MEF, ITIL, IETF, or IEEE standards is highly desirable

• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing matrixed technical teams and multiple vendors

• Experience with AI technologies, LLMs, and Copilot is a plus

• Tableau/Power BI, ETL, and ML experience preferred
