Summary

We are hiring a Senior NetSuite Analyst contractor to help administer, configure, test, support, and train users on a new NetSuite solution.

This role will work closely with IT, NetSuite System Implementor, and all business departments, from accounting to warehouse operations and more. The ideal candidate must bridge technical and business conversations, explain how NetSuite supports business processes, teach users how to use the system effectively, and help drive adoption during implementation and post-go-live support.

This is a hands-on senior analyst role requiring strong NetSuite functional knowledge, system administration experience, business process understanding, and the ability to support configuration, testing, documentation, training, issue resolution, and ongoing improvement.

 

Must-Have Criteria — Screening Requirements

Only submit candidates who meet all of the following:

  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite in an administrator, functional analyst, business systems analyst, implementation consultant, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience supporting or participating in at least one NetSuite implementation, major enhancement, or post-go-live stabilization effort
  • Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite configuration, roles, permissions, forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and basic system administration
  • Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into system configuration or enhancement requests, and supporting testing and deployment
  • Experience supporting finance, order management, inventory, procurement, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or related business processes in NetSuite
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, analytical thinking, and ownership mindset
  • Ability to support system testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, issue resolution, and business process validation
  • Ability to teach, instruct, support, and answer questions for both IT teams and business users
  • Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders, implementation partners, IT teams, and leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Available to work hybrid in St. Louis, MO, with up to 3 days per week onsite
