Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Consultant with strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python to support enterprise analytics and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, analyzing complex datasets, developing interactive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, data extraction, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development, visualization, and reporting.
• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.) for data analysis and automation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data validation, and data quality.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Experience creating KPIs, scorecards, executive dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with statistical analysis or predictive analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Use Python to automate data processing and perform advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support ongoing enhancements to BI and reporting solutions.
