 Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Test & Validation Engineer to act as a Product Owner for Testing, driving the strategy, planning, and execution of test campaigns for hardware-integrated systems.

This role requires a strategic leader who can define the testing vision, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality delivery in a regulated environment (FDA/FAA preferred).

 Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the test strategy and validation roadmap
• Act as Product Owner for testing, managing backlog and priorities
• Translate business and customer needs into testable requirements and user stories
• Lead Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile/SAFe ceremonies
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure quality deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Systems)
• Support integration and validation testing for hardware-software systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Inspect & Adapt)
• Present technical insights and results to stakeholders

 Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software testing / validation
• Strong experience with hardware-software integrated systems
• Proven experience in:
• Test strategy & planning
• Backlog management
• User story definition
• Hands-on experience in Agile / SAFe environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Devices industry
• Experience working in FDA or FAA regulated environments
• Background in:
• Systems Engineering
• Integration Testing
