Job Responsibilities: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or print technology certifications) are highly valued.
• Experience with healthcare systems (e.g., Epic) or pharmacy management platforms.
• Knowledge of print workflows in clinical and pharmacy settings (e.g., prescription labels, patient records, compliance documents).
• Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy regulations relevant to healthcare and pharmacy environments.
• Familiarity with print hardware and software (e.g., thermal printers, label printers, print management systems).
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions that integrate with EMR/EHR systems and pharmacy databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with IT, operations, and clinical/pharmacy staff.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Project management experience in deploying print solutions in healthcare settings.
• Ability to train and support end-users in clinical and pharmacy environments.
• Experience with remote diagnostics and support tools for print systems.
