Role: Network Project Manager
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 3 days a week)
Job Description:
Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Project Manager to lead and deliver cloud transformation, migration, modernization, and infrastructure projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, hands-on understanding of cloud technologies, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud migration, cloud adoption, and cloud modernization projects.
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, cloud architects, engineers, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project delivery methodologies as required.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
- Drive cloud adoption best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure successful project transitions from implementation to operational support teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, or Cloud Transformation programs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Understanding of cloud security, governance, networking, and infrastructure concepts.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience with 3+ years managing Cloud projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Azure, AWS, or GCP Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience in BFSI, Financial Services, or large-scale enterprise environments preferred.
