Job Title : ServiceNow Architect

Location: Chicago, IL

Long term contract position

This is a hybrid architecture and engineering role.

The consultant will:

• Design and architect ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities versus unnecessary customizations.
• Participate in solution implementation and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Work closely with North American teams while much of the engineering work is performed by APAC resources.

Required Skills

Must Have

• Strong ServiceNow IRM experience.
• Deep understanding of:
• Governance
• Risk
• Compliance (GRC)
• Senior architecture experience.
• Ability to participate in hands-on implementation.

Preferred

• Experience within a large financial institution.
• Exposure to enterprise regulatory or compliance programs.
• Familiarity with:
• Snowflake
• Data Mesh
• ServiceNow integrations
