Role: Senior .NET Application Architect/Lead Developer

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite – Franklin County Data Center)

Must be local to Columbus, Ohio

 Key Responsibilities:

Assess and modernize existing MVC and Entity Framework applications

Define architecture patterns, standards, and best practices

Lead end-to-end development of .NET applications and APIs (REST & GraphQL)

Design and optimize SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing, queries)

Develop front-end solutions using React / PrimeReact

Break down work into milestones, deliverables, and tasks

Collaborate with business analysts, PMs, and developers

Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance

Manage development workflows using GitHub Enterprise

Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to leadership

Required Skills

• Strong experience in C#, .NET, and Entity Framework
• Expertise in REST APIs & GraphQL
• Advanced SQL Server knowledge
• Proven experience with GitHub Enterprise
• Experience leading development teams & mentoring
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

 Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy MVC modernization/migration
• Front-end experience with React, Vite, Node.js
• Experience in production support / application stabilization
• Public sector or government project experience
• Experience with financial / tax systems
