Title : Workday Test Lead
Location : Melville, NY (Fully Onsite - Local)
Duration : 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire

Must Have:
- 12+ years of Payroll Testing experience with large enterprise organizations.
- 8+ years of dedicated Workday Payroll experience.
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Workday Payroll Test Lead.
- Minimum 3 completed full life-cycle Workday Payroll implementations from Design through Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday US Payroll.
- Proven experience supporting US and Canada Payroll implementations.
- Experience leading customer-side Payroll Testing activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Experience supporting organizations with 5,000+ employees and complex payroll structures.
- Extensive experience with Payroll Parallel Testing, Payroll Reconciliation, Payroll Balancing, Payroll Validation, and Payroll Audits.
- Strong expertise in Retro Payroll, Off-Cycle Payroll, Garnishments, Taxation, Year-End Processing, and Payroll Reporting.
- Deep understanding of Workday Payroll business processes and Workday implementation methodology.
- Proven track record of leading Payroll Testing through successful production deployment and post-go-live stabilization.

- Must have experience creating Operational Readiness, Training, and Production Support documentation.
- Must have experience working directly with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, PMO, and Executive stakeholders.
- Must demonstrate strong consulting, advisory, and leadership capabilities.
- Must be comfortable operating in a highly visible, business-critical implementation environment.
- Must be available to work 100% onsite in Melville, NY.
