Job Description:
- Oversee platform products and governance of internal ServiceNow implementation
- Define Product Strategy and Vision for Platform App: Interact closely with business stakeholders, product team,
- Analyze and incorporate market trends to define quarterly roadmap for execution
- Present the vision to execs and leadership team and get their sponsorship by showing the value and potential ROI on the investment
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and drive user-centered design that needs no manual or training to use and build apps
- Drive day-to-day development decisions representing the "voice of the customers"
- Create strategies for the products
- Drive adoption of the product and track adoption metrics, present the product performance in monthly product reviews with leadership
- Obtain stakeholder feedback to refine future iterations / enhance products
- Assure a level of quality, focusing primarily on fitness for use
Qualifications
- BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer and at least 3+ years of experience designing software systems as a software architect
- 3 or more years of project management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, and challenging project stakeholder dynamics
- Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (SAFe 4.0 at a minimum ideally 5.0 or newer)
