Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models that drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML principles, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI/ML models.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in AI/ML concepts and practices.

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks and techniques.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
