Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Data Engineer II who can bridge business needs with strong data engineering capabilities. This role requires hands-on expertise in modern data tools along with strong analytical thinking and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working onsite and leading discussions with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience with DBT and Snowflake

Solid data analysis background

3-5 years of hands-on SQL experience

Experience with Power BI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to run meetings and communicate clearly with business and technical teams

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with DataStage

Prior experience in the banking domain

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions

Design, build, and optimize data models using DBT and Snowflake

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI

Run stakeholder meetings and gather detailed requirements

Ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions
