Position: Oracle Demand Management Cloud

Job Description:
· Lead configuration, setup, and ongoing administration of Oracle Demand Management Cloud, including data collections, forecasting algorithms, and demand planning workbenches.
· Develop and maintain statistical forecasts, demand models, casual factors, and measure definitions.
· Support Demand Planning team with forecast analysis, accuracy reporting, and scenario planning.
· Configure and optimize Demand Plan, Demand Review Dashboards, and Predictive Planning tools.
· Manage integration processes between ODMC and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, MRP, Supply Planning, and external data sources).
· Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Oracle Support when needed.
· Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Planning) to support S&OP and IBP processes.
· Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
· Support new feature rollouts, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
· Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and SOPs.
Required Qualifications”
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
· 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demand Management Cloud or Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud.
· Strong understanding of demand planning principles, forecast accuracy metrics (MAPE, BIAS), and statistical forecasting techniques.
· Experience with Oracle Cloud data collections, FBDI, scheduled processes, and integration tools.
· Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Experience supporting S&OP / IBP processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, Sales & Operations Planning Cloud, or Inventory Planning tools.
· Familiarity with SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, or analytics dashboards.
· Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Planning.
· Experience in a high-volume or complex supply chain environment (CPG, manufacturing, life sciences, etc.)
