Role: Sr. Level Data Center Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support standalone data center environments (standard three tier architectures)
• Participate in migration projects from traditional environments to VXLAN fabrics
• Implement automation solutions using tools such as Ansible, Python, and Jenkins Pipeline
• Maintain and operate Nexus platforms (5K, 6K, 7K, 9K) and NX-OS environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge related to network automation and operations
• Demonstrate leadership and take initiative—this is not a role for someone who needs close supervision

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus platforms (5K, 6K, 7K, 9K) and NX-OS
• Strong understanding of VxLAN technologies
• Automation experience with Ansible and Python (must have practical, project-based experience)
• Familiarity with Jenkins Pipeline and GitHub
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles is a plus
• Knowledge of network testing tools is desirable (Spirent, Ixia, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
