Title: Senior Project Manager (10–15 Years) – MUST HAVE Rental Man ERP

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in leading large-scale projects and mandatory Rental Man ERP experience. The ideal candidate excels in project planning, team coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project life cycle.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deliverables.
• Identify/resolve risks and issues.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Track performance, budget, and progress.
• Ensure PM best practices; mentor junior team members.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong project management experience with RentalMan ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Trello.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

• PMP certification.
• Agile & Waterfall experience.
• Budgeting and stakeholder management knowledge.
