Position:   PEGA Project Manager

Location:  Charlotte, NC (Day 1 Onsite)

Required Skills:-

10-15 years of exp. Required.

Pega platform knowledge: A solid understanding of Pega platform fundamentals, including case management, decisioning, and low-code capabilities.

Project management expertise: Proven experience in managing technical projects, with knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Agile methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks, including facilitating ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

Technical background: The ability to understand and participate in architectural and technical decisions, ensuring the Pega solution is both functional and scalable.

Certifications: While not always required, certifications like a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly valued.
