Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to design and deliver

scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role will bridge

business requirements with technical implementation by translating

stakeholder needs into functional designs, overseeing

development/configuration, managing integrations, and ensuring adherence

to Salesforce best practices.

The ideal candidate will act as a key technical advisor to clients and

internal teams across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales,

Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

•             Define the overall solution architecture, including data

models, integrations, security framework, and user experience

•             Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions

aligned with enterprise architecture standards

•             Establish integration patterns using APIs and middleware

solutions


Business Analysis

•             Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business

requirements

•             Translate business needs into actionable user stories and

functional specifications

•             Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business

objectives


Technical Leadership

•             Provide guidance on declarative solutions (Flows,

Validation Rules, Fields) versus programmatic development (Apex,

Lightning Web Components)

•             Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices

and governance standards

•             Mentor developers and administrators


Stakeholder Collaboration

•             Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical

stakeholders

•             Present architectural solutions and manage client

expectations

•             Resolve escalated technical and functional issues


Implementation Oversight

•             Lead build and delivery phases

•             Support data migration, system integrations, testing, and

deployments

•             Ensure quality, performance, and security compliance

throughout implementation


Innovation & Continuous Improvement

•             Stay current with Salesforce’s tri-annual releases and

emerging features

•             Proactively recommend innovative enhancements and

platform optimizations
