Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow ITOM professional / Service Mapping Lead to serve as a technical lead for a major ServiceNow ITOM and Service Mapping initiative. This role will be heavily focused on Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Asset Management (HAM & SAM), with responsibility for leading large-scale mapping efforts and driving an upcoming Event Management project scheduled to begin in June.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can jump in immediately, understand the environment, and own delivery across complex ServiceNow ITOM initiatives.
