Role: Senior Programmer Analyst (C# Developer)
Location: Richmond, VA (Virginia local candidates only)
Work Mode: Hybrid (First month onsite, then max 2 days remote)
Visa: US Citizens or Green Card holders only
Experience: 8+ years
• 5+ years – C# Programming
• 2+ years – Angular
• 3+ years – SQL Server
• 1+ year – .NET 3.1 or higher
• 1+ year – T-SQL
• 3+ years – Visual Studio / VS Code
• 5+ years – Large menu-driven systems (claims, payroll, medical, insurance)
• 1+ year – gRPC
• Azure DevOps or GitHub experience
Must Have Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, Angular, SQL Server
• Developing and maintaining .NET applications
• Debugging & troubleshooting existing code
• Building screens, reports, menu-driven business functionality
• SQL Server & T-SQL
• Agile experience
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Ability to work independently
Skills and Requirements:
• Design, develop, maintain .NET applications
• Participate in design & project planning
• Identify and resolve technical risks
• Work with SQL Server + Angular (full-stack)
• Provide updates to senior team members
