Job Description

"Scope of Work:

Legacy application for Insurance clients is migrating from lower tech stalk to higher tech stalk. As a SDET, we need to potential candidate to handle the below responsibilities 

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation

• Design and develop automated test frameworks

• Write maintainable and reusable test code

• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) testing in Concourse

• Create end-to-end, integration, and unit tests

Development

• Write clean, efficient code for test automation in Typescript and Python for Web/API/Batch in Playwright/Selenium/Python

• Review code and provide constructive feedback

• Participate in software design discussions

• Maintain test infrastructure and tools

Quality Assurance

• Analyze test results and provide detailed bug reports in Jira

• Perform both manual and automated testing and checking all code and artifacts in git

• Develop test strategies and test plans

• Monitor test coverage and quality metrics in Confluence and Other testing result matrix

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Programming Languages: Python, Java, or C#, Typescript, Javascript

- Testing Frameworks: Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Playwright

- Version Control: Git

- CI/CD Tools: Concourse, Jenkins, Azure DevOps

- Database Knowledge: SQL, Postgres, MsSQL, Bigquery

- API Testing: Postman, ECHOAPI, REST Assured
