We are looking for an experienced AWS + AI-Native Developer / AI-Native Engineer who can build AI-first applications with AWS Bedrock, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows embedded directly into the application architecture and delivery lifecycle from day one.
The ideal candidate should have strong AWS cloud engineering expertise, hands-on experience with LLM integration and autonomous agent orchestration, and the ability to rapidly move AI solutions from PoC to production deployment.
Core AWS Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services:
AI / GenAI Responsibilities
• Build autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents
• Orchestrate agent planning loops, tool calling, and memory modules
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock-based LLMs using APIs, SDKs, function calling, and structured outputs
• Take AI solutions from prototype / PoC to production deployment across cloud environments
Required Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript
• Experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
