Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Need locals only)

Description:

Own and execute the governance and change management process for key organizational platforms.

Ensure consistency, compliance, and platform integrity across the user base.

Manage the central operational issue tracker related to compliance and data integrity.

Ensure all operational issues are accurately logged, tracked, prioritized, and driven to timely resolution.

Conduct regular data and process audits to verify ADOM data integrity and enforce policy adherence.

Manage and update critical internal communication assets on a routine basis.

Ensure accurate information flow to support weekly briefings and key stakeholder meetings.

Proactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks.

Develop and recommend opportunities for automation, tooling enhancements, and process improvements.

Drive initiatives to boost overall operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Must Have:

* Strong BA skills (Requirement facilitation/Conduct workshops/Run UAT sessions/Ability to understand & articulate the high level technical design/Manage offshore team)

* UI/UX design experience in Figma

* Experience conducting surveys with clients
