Role:- Test Manager
Location:- US remote
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Program Lead to drive and manage testing initiatives for Life Insurance Administration System upgrades or similar projects (For FAST but can also consider similar experience in Life insurance domain.). This role focuses on program governance, stakeholder communication, coordination across teams, and ensuring timely delivery, rather than hands-on test execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the testing program roadmap for Life Insurance admin system upgrades or similar testing projects
- Define testing governance framework, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business, development, and QA teams.
- Facilitate status meetings, risk reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and vendors.
- Prepare and present executive dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports.
- Track defect trends, test progress, and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive accountability across test leads and execution teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Identify and escalate program risks and dependencies proactively.
- Implement contingency plans for critical upgrade milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Total 12–15 years in testing, with 5+ years in test lead roles.
- Proven experience managing Life Insurance Admin System upgrades testing
- Expertise in reporting tools (Excel, ADO dashboards).
- Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
