PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant (Functional/Techno-Functional)

Location : Columbus, Ohio 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and/or technical expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules and be able to work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
• Participate in implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Work with integrations, interfaces, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams.
• Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Strong knowledge of one or more FSCM modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Billing (BI)
• Asset Management (AM)
• Purchasing (PO)
• eProcurement (ePro)
• Project Costing (PC)
• Grants Management (GM)
• Experience with PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance and Supply Chain.
• Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 upgrades and support preferred.
• ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM integrations.
• Government/Public Sector project experience.
