• 8-10 years of industry experience, with a strong understanding of the legal domain, especially within Legal Tech platforms.
• 4-5 years of experience in e-Billing and Matter management.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.
• Previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials for various audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to enhance user experience, including design, user interface (UI) improvement, and refining content while creating visuals and diagrams for technical support material.
