Data Analyst – Service Engagement & Operations
• Act as an operational interface between customers, internal teams, and vendors in a telecommunications environment
• Bring 0–2 years of experience with strong communication and data analysis skills, or 2–4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Support end to end customer engagement and service delivery across the service lifecycle
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during provisioning, migration, and decommissioning activities
• Conduct daily customer interactions (calls, emails, and other channels) to provide status updates and dispositions
• Submit, monitor, and track service orders, migrations, and disconnections in customer systems
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to resolve order, provisioning, and service issues
• Monitor post provisioning and decommissioning activities to ensure smooth customer transitions
• Respond to customer inquiries and tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions during transition and hyper care periods
• Identify risks, delays, and service gaps, and escalate issues through defined escalation paths
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, orders, issues, and resolutions
• Prepare status reports, trackers, and updates related to fulfillment progress and service health
• Conduct post cutover follow ups to assess customer satisfaction after migration from legacy to target services
• Track and report customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics and highlight trends and improvement opportunities
• Ensure activities comply with customer requirements, organizational standards, and service level objectives
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication with a customer focused mindset
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast paced operational environment
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional and technical teams
