JOB DETAILS:
The Asset Management Analyst supports the lifecycle management of enterprise hardware assets, ensuring accurate tracking, data integrity, compliance, and cost optimization. This role partners with IT Operations, End User Computing (EUC), Procurement, and Security teams to maintain reliable asset records and support informed operational decision-making. The Hardware Asset Management Analyst must possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of hardware technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management
• Support the full lifecycle of end-user hardware assets including request, procurement, deployment, refresh, redeployment, and retirement.
• Maintain accurate and timely asset records within the enterprise asset management system, aligned with financial and operational systems.
• Assist with refresh planning, redeployment decisions, and asset disposition activities.
Documentation and Reporting
• Generate regular reports on hardware lifecycle activities, vendor performance, and project outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure that all hardware lifecycle activities are compliant with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, risks, utilization opportunities, and cost optimization opportunities.
Inventory & Data Management
• Ensure asset data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Monitor asset records for discrepancies and coordinate corrections with operational teams.
• Support physical inventory audits, reconciliations, and validation activities.
Compliance & Governance
• Adhere to internal Hardware Asset Management (HAM) policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing asset documentation, reports, and evidence.
• Track lease expirations, contract associations, and asset disposition requirements.
