Title: UI/UX Designer

Work Experience : 7- 10 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers.
• Maintain design standards and guidelines.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Mentor junior designers.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong UX background with a solid portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 7–10 years of UI/UX design experience with strong UX focus.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work.
